noomaYOGA offers classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Each yoga class at nooma is what you make it- we’re here to guide you in a beautiful, inviting studio. Our unique infrared studio system and complimentary mats, blocks, bolsters and straps make every session as comfortable as possible. Although there’s a common framework, each class explores different themes and postures that vary with your teachers.

noomaMELT is our signature program offered in each nooma class that will increase your Mind Body Experience both during your class and after your class. This Mind Body Experience will be in the beginning and end of each nooma class. A noomaMELT warm-up will focus on preparing your joints and muscles for your particular workout. Your noomaMELT cool down will allow your body to rest, relax and complete your overall experience and prepare your body for your day ahead.
This signature class is a 60 to 75 minutes of vulnerability, catharsis, emotion, empowerment, embracing the elements, fire and grounding/earth work. This class is designed to take you through your emotions, bringing awareness to what may be unsettled within you. It will also take you to a place of stillness. THE CLASS is designed to help you notice how it feels to stop for a moment to hear the voice within you. Can you stop? Can you be still when your life is running circles around you?
noomaBARRE is a low-impact, full body ballet-based strength workout for your hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms. Relive your childhood dream of becoming a ballerina! We avoid jumping and bouncing to protect your joints and stretch after each strength sequence in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. Each class will feature our signature noomaMELT to prepare and cool down your mind and body for a complete nooma MIND BODY EXPERIENCE.
The six pillars of Pilates are Centering, Control, Flow, Breath, Precision and Concentration. Each class will focus on these six pillars while improving tone and flexibility in every muscle group. You will gain strength, endurance, balance and core strength while performing low-impact movements. This is a great class for both seasoned and new students alike.

noomaAERIAL is an aerial fitness class fusing elements of conditioning in Yoga, Pilates, Ballet and HIIT (high intensity interval training) using aerial hammocks. It fuses basic to advanced yoga poses with aerial hammocks to allow for a full body stretch that increases flexibility by linking flowing movement and power postures using an aerial hammock. Great for all levels- modifications and advanced cues will be given. Each class will feature a peak pose. Your nooma teacher will be happy to take a picture of you in your pose at the end of class.
This is an intense, heated class that will build full-body strength while improving flexibility. Several styles will be mixed throughout the class to give an experience like known other. We focus on your powerhouse areas, Glutes, Abs and Hips. Plan to wear tennis shoes, wear socks or go barefoot each class using your yoga mat.
This is an all-levels dance class offered in our downstairs studio. Look forward to added arm options with weights and bands while dancing. This class is practiced on our specialized flooring with our installed underlayment that reduces footfall impact for added comfort. Get ready to let loose, listen to amazing music while having a great time!

This 55-minute interval class provides amazing heart strengthening benefits by combining periods of high and low intensity movements. Your heart rate will be elevated and then brought down multiple times within each class for optimal caloric burn. Lets SCULPT and strengthen and tone muscles you didn't know you had.
